Billing and Refunds
LODE subscriptions are billed through Apple using your Apple ID. We do not receive or store your full payment information.
If you need a refund or have a payment dispute, you may need to contact Apple directly through your App Store purchase history. If you are unsure what happened, email us first and we will help point you in the right direction.
